Celebration is located near Orlando and Kissimmee Florida.

Celebration is one of the few communities that is large enough to be not only a neighborhood but also its’ own city. This community is located 4 miles southeast of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. There are multiple independent neighborhoods and all of them are very near the action, and Interstate 4 for commuting.

Celebration has everything that a small community of luxury homes should have, and everything a small city should have. With the communities in this area being as competitive as they are nice you have to have a lot of great amenities and features to get potential residents to become owners. Celebration has everything from Celebration Kinder Care to Celebration High School.  If you happen to strain your back at the Celebration Golf course then you can even visit Celebration Health (Florida Hospital). Lake Rianhard is near the center of the city and there you will find the town center and Celebration Lakeside Park. With a population nearing 8,000 what else can be expected.

This is a prosperous resort style area that sells the central Florida lifestyle and all that it has to offer.
