Casabella at Windermere is a luxury gated Toll Brothers

The community is situated in Northwestern Windermere. Casabella sits directly across McKinnon Rd from Bellaria which is its’ sister Toll Brothers community. Some feel that Casabella is not only a newer but superior community as well. All 79 homes in the community are luxury homes and some are waterfront. Quality is assured by the fact that all homes are built by Toll Brothers. The homes are on lots of at least 1/2 acre in size and some personalization of the models is/was allowed.
