Carriage Pointe is in Winter Garden Florida.

Carriage Pointe is a gated community located on Avalon Road. Avalon Road is a North and South road and then turns due West. Carriage Pointe is on the West side of the North-South portion of Avalon Road and when Avalon Road turns West Carriage Pointe has another entrance on The North Side of that portion of Avalon Road. The Reserve at Carriage Pointe is on the Southern Side of the East-West portion of Avalon Road almost directly across from the Carriage Pointe exit.

Both Carriage Pointe and The Reserve at Carriage Pointe are gated communities.

Most of the homes in Carriage Pointe Were Built from 2006 to 2012 and most homes in The Reserve at Carriage Pointe were built from 2013 to 2015. The Home sizes in Carriage pointe range from 1,611 to 3,711 square feet. The home sizes in The Reserve at Carriage Pointe range in size from 2,270 to 4,310. Both communities have parks, Carriage Pointe has a tennis court also. Both communities are easy to access and to find. The entrances are nice and the communities have always seemed well maintained.

The locations are obviously very similar. Which is good because when you experience living in the area it is really easy to get anywhere you are wanting to go. Stoneybrook West Village is one mile to the North. Stoneybrook West Village has a Publix Supermarket, restaurants, a bank, child care and some stores etc. A lot of everything you need is there.

Commuting is also fairly easy from this location.

Which is why so many communities have been built here. The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) is just a couple of minutes away and will get you to downtown Orlando in 20-25 minutes. When Carriage Pointe or the Reserve at Carriage Pointe has homes for sale they are definitely worth a look.
