Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a single family home gated community.

Calabay Parc is located on the east shore of Tower Lake in Haines City and approximately a 30-minute drive from Disney’s Epcot. The communities primary entrance is Tower Lake Blvd. located on the south side of Bates Rd.

Calabay Parc consists of just under 350 homesites. The amenities include a boat ramp and dock with a recreation building and security. Tower Lake has a 66.41-acre surface area and is large enough for water sports.  This community was started in 2005 and the final homes should be totally completed in the coming year. The homes were built in sizes ranging from 1,542 square feet of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths up to 3,800 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. There are some homes with 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths that are 3,700 square feet. Out of the 350 homes 17 are lakefront homes and many of the homes face north allowing constant sunshine on their backyard pools.

There are many new communities springing up here. Calabay Parc was quick enough to get property on a nice lake close to most of what us want near our homes. There is a Walmart Supercenter (open 24 hours) located just 2 miles away. There is a Wyn Dixie right next to it and several other shops, service providers and restaurants in the area. There is a Lowes Hardware that is even closer.

State Road 27 is a very good road to have not far from your home. This road will expedite your travel to and from the local theme parks or anywhere else in the state.
