Bronsons Landing is a Gated luxury home community.

Bronsons Landing is located in central Winter Garden Florida just South of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429) and the Winter Garden Village shopping center. The community has only 2 entrances. One on the East side of Winter Garden Vineland Road and one on Stoneybrook West Parkway. Both entrances are onto Tillman Avenue which is the main road in Bronsons Landing. There are 6 ponds within view of homes in the community. They provide either water view, or waterfront home status for the homes here. There is a nice community park and childrens play area.

Most of the 126 homes (approx.) in Bronson’s Landing were built between 2006 and 2010.

They range in size from almost 2,500 square feet to almost 5,000 square feet of living space. Living space does not include garages etc. The community looks hidden from Winter Garden Vineland Road. When you drive up to the gate and into Bronson’s Landing it is beautiful and well maintained.

Bronson’s Landing is very close to the 429 and The Winter Garden Village.

The residents of this community are very familiar with both. The 429 will get you downtown Orlando in 20 minutes on average. Universal’s Orlando Resort is within 15-20 minutes away. The new Volcano Bay is 20 minutes. Just a couple of miles from Universal is the Mall at Millenia and the Florida Outlet Mall.

The Winter Garden Village is all you will normally need. There you will find a Lowes Hardware Store, Super Target, LA Fitness and numerous restaurants, stores and boutiques. It is almost half of a square mile of parking and shopping.

To the North of Bronson’s Landing is Winter Garden’s famous Plant Street. Here is where you will find the history and culture of this fine city. There are many reasons why people are moving from all around to Winter Garden Florida. Bronson’s Landing is in one of the best locations here.
