Bristol Park is a beautiful community in Dr. Phillips.

Bristol Park is located on the Western side of South Apopka Vineland Road and just east of Lake Sheen.

Bristol Park has approximately 185 homes in its subdivision.

There are many twists and turns in the community that allow some of the homes to have irregular larger lots. There are also many gorgeous shade trees. There is a basketball court and two very nice tennis courts in the Northeastern corner of the neighborhood. The homes here are luxury homes even though there is no inconvenience of a gate. There is only on entrance on South Apopka Vineland Road and it is clearly marked. There is another entrance on the South side which allows entrance from the Brentwood Club.

The homes sizes range from 2,336 to well over 4,000 square feet.

There are no condos or townhomes all residences are single-family homes. The majority of the homes were built from 1990 to 1999. It is normal for communities the size of Bristol Park to be completed in phases and take several years to complete. Most importantly the homes look great and the community is well maintained. When the trees have had time to mature it really adds a lot to a neighborhood. Because of the number of homes there are normally homes on the market.
