The Brentwood Club is a non-gated community in Dr. Phillips.

The Brentwood Club is located on the West side of South Apopka Vineland Road 2 miles due-West of the Orange County Convention Center. There is another entrance inside of the community joining it with Bristol Park on Portbury Drive. The dividing point between communities is a large white No Soliciting Sign.

Brentwood Club is a luxury home community just without the gated entrance.

The entrance is beautiful and very noticeable with large signs announcing the name of the neighborhood, it is hard to miss. After entering on Camberley Circle if you take your first left you will come to the community tennis courts and basketball court. They are in a large open area with tables and enough shade to sit enjoy watching the players.

Another thing to notice is the homes do have larger yard than some newer homes but the yards seem to be appropriately sized. There are 5 culde-sacs in the neighborhood with homes that have slightly larger yards than average. There is no community pool because all but a few homes in the community have their own pools. Keep in mind that less than 2 miles away is Dr. Phillips Community Park. There is a large children’s park there including a Splash Park so they can play in the water.

The homes in Brentwood club are very attractive.

The community has looked good every time I have driven through it. The homes vary in size from 2,700 sf. to over 5,000 sf. A size of 2,700 square feet for the smaller homes in a community is fairly rare in this area. The homes were built between 1990 and 1998 and there are only a couple of exceptions to those figures. As for home availability, I suggest you contact us if you see one you like. In the last 5 years only 28 have sold. Properly priced homes for sale in Brentwood Club sell quickly.
