Brandy Creek is a Gated community.

Brandy Creek is located in Winter Garden Florida North of West Colonial Drive and on the South side of Plant Street. The entrance is on the East side of North State Road 545.

Brandy Creek is a community of 63 homes.

Most of the homes were built between 1997 to 2001 .Homes range in size from 1,431 to 2,539 square feet of living space. There is no community pool or community children’s park. There are two large ponds on the Eastern Side of the community giving waterfront and water view status to many of the homes. This is an affordable gated community in a very good location.

On the Northern side of the community is Plant Street.

Plant Street is the most famous and I believe the oldest street in Winter Garden Florida. It is on Plant street that you can wonder through many of the historical museums, shops and watering holes that helped make Winter Garden the famous city it is today.

On the South side of Brandy Creek is West Colonial Drive. West Colonial Drive was the first road to connect Winter Garden to Orlando. Not only is this a historical road but there are hundreds of shops and stores on it for you to use. Included on this road just a few miles West are The West Oaks Mall and AMC West Oaks 14 Theater, The Health Center Hospital and Super Walmart right next to the hospital.

If a road trip is on your mind under 2 miles West you can access the Florida Turnpike. If you have guests or just want to go to the local parks you can be at Universals Orlando Resort or Disney’s Magic Kingdom in under 30 minutes without paying a toll. If having a great location is important, Brandy Creek is a great place to look at a home for sale.
