Black Lake Preserve is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Black Lake Preserve is Located on the North side of Black Lake between Black Lake and Sunridge Elementary School. Its’ gated community entrance is on Sunridge Boulevard and Sunridge Boulevard is on the East Side of Avalon Road. Black Lake Park is not Physically connected to Black Lake Preserve.

The community features homes from 2,575 sq ft to 5,233  sq ft of living area.

The homes are on oversized lots on average 70 feet wide and 110 feet deep. Some homes have three car garages and there are a few of the 80 plus homes with waterfront and water view home sites. There is a children’s playground and a recreation area.

Black Lake is a 212-acre lake that is connected via a channel to lake Tilden which is a 40-acre lake. There are at least 3 boat ramps that have access to Black Lake. Black Lake is a beautiful lake and has plenty of room for most watersports or you can venture West onto Johns Lake via channel and never get out of the boat.

The location of Black Lake Preserve is really desirable.

Many new communities have been built here in the past few years for just that reason. Not only do you have Black Lake but Johns Lake is very close by. If water is something you just enjoy looking at and you prefer other activities Winter Garden is a thriving city and probably offers most of what you are interested in.

Shopping for most items will likely be done just a couple of miles South at Stoneybrook West Village. There is a Publix Supermarket, some restaurants, child care and other stores there. This is but a snapshot of the great area the community is in. Black Lake Preserve is a great place to call home, for a fortunate few.
