This community is a newer community with the majority of homes being built between 2006 and 2012. There are both townhomes and single family homes here but they are in separate locations. The townhomes are in the Southern portion of Berkshire Park furthest from the entrances on Overstreet. The townhomes however are close to an entrance on Winter Garden Vineland Rd.
The amenities there are very nice and they do not go unused. The community pool is one of the nicer community pools in the area. It overlooks a very large pond with a fountain, has plenty of parking and a shaded playground for the younger members of the neighborhood. The streets and community are always well maintained and the entrances are very attractive and easy to access.
The homes in Berkshire park range in size from a little over 1,700 square feet to over 3,600 square feet not including the garage space. The townhomes are from 1,628 to 1,656 square feet. Those are all respectable sizes for homes. This is a community with a wide range of housing available, great pricing and amenities.
An important part of any community is your ability to get to and from the places we all need to travel to. Berkshire Park has access to two main thoroughfares. One on the East and One on the West. Both have options with stores, groceries, banking and restaurants etc. These roads also give Berkshire Park easy travel to Disney’s Magic Kingdom which is a 15 minute drive. Universal Resort and Volcano Bay are about a 20 minute drive. As you can see Berkshire Park is in a fantastic location.
