Belle Meade is a gated community in Western Winter Garden Florida.

Belle Meade is located West of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429) and on the North side of Tilden Road. There are two other entrances. One connecting Belle Meade to the adjacent community and one on the East side of Avalon Road. The two main entrances are on Avalon and Tilden’s Road. The main entrances are very plainly marked and difficult to miss. There is a nice community park and several community ponds providing water view and some waterfront homes.

Belle Meade consists of approximately 170 homes.

The homes were started in the early 2000’s and mostly completed by 2011. It is very common to see larger communities completed in phases. The homes in Belle Meade range in size from just under 2000 to well over 5,000 square feet of living space. The community has always looked nice whenever I have driven through it. The streets and community have always been in good repair.

Winter Garden is an awesome community that has been experiencing a lot of growth in the past few years. A lot of that growth has been around Belle Meade. This community is one half of a mile from Stoneybrook West Village. At Stoneybrook West Village there is a Publix Supermarket and many other convenient shops, stores and restaurants. If you need to go to a gas station then just a little over 2 miles to your West is a gas station, fitness center and drug store.

People move here for a variety of reasons. Sooner or later they all will want to travel around the area and enjoy what Orlando has to offer. Belle Meade is in a great location to access the 429 to travel to downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort or Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Belle Meade is a great place to find a home for sale.
