Bay Ridge is a gate community in Dr. Phillips Florida located on the corner of South Apopka Vineland Road and Wallace Road. The main entrance is on South Apopka Vineland Road but there is an entrance on Wallace Road that is also gated. Bay Ridge is between Universals’ Volcano Bay and Lake Tibet. 

There is a nice community entrance that is very noticeable and plainly marked Bay Ridge on both sides of the gates. After driving through the if you look to your left you will see the community pool, its parking spaces and the amenities center. There are some trees but no large ponds. This is a residential community for professionals who choose to live near the heart of Dr. Phillips. 

There are 76 homes and they are close to one another. If you are looking for a large yard this is not the place. The neighborhood is an attractive one and when you drive through it does look well maintained. The homes in Bay Ridge range in size from almost 2,600 sf. to a cozy 1,630 sf. As you can see a there is a home for families of single professionals. Due to the smaller size of the community not many homes sell per year. In the last 4 years only 19 homes have sold. That is less than 5 per year. 

One of the strong points about Bay Ridge is the location. People fly from all over the world to visit some of the attractions that are right outside of your door. Universals’ Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay and some of the best golf in all of Florida are minutes from your doorstep.
