Bay Isle is a neighborhood in Winter Garden Florida.

Bay Isle is a gated community located on the Eastern shore of Black Lake and on the Western side of Winter Garden Vineland Road. Black Lake is a clean beautiful 212-acre Lake that is connected via a short but wide channel to Lake Tilden. Lake Tilden is a 41-acre lake and is also a clean lake. If you are not from the area Black Lake is located between the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429) and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike.

Bay Isle is a beautiful gated community of 90 homes.

Its’ entrance is just North of the round-about on Winter Garden Vineland Road. You can recognize the community by its distinct light-colored brick wall running along the Western side of the road. You will come entrance which has a large community sign on both sides of the wide entrance. The center of the community has a park with a sidewalk exercise path and a rather large pond. There is also a community pier in the Southwestern corner. There are lakefront homes with piers and there are waterfront homes in Bay Isle. These homes have yards but they still look residential. Most of the homes in Bay Isle were built between 2002 and 2006. The homes range in size from 2,200 sf. to over 4,000 sf. of living space.

The location is a great Winter Garden location.

Winter Garden is a historic and culturally rich city. Historic Plant Street is just 3 miles North on Winter Garden Vineland Road. Plant street is the heart and soul of Winter Garden. The Winter Garden Village is less than one mile away. The Winter Garden Village has almost ½ of a square mile of shops, restaurants, boutiques and parking. When there are homes for sale in Bay Isle, you can’t beat the location.
