Azalea Ridge is a Gotha Florida community. Azalea Ridge is located on the North side of the Spessard L Holland East Expressway (the 408) and the Southwest side of Lake Lotta. Its main entrance is on Citrus Oaks Ave just North of the 408. It is a non-gated community and has only a 1 small community sign on the North side of the entrance.

Azalea Ridge is a small community on the Southside of a much larger one. The homes Azalea Ridge range in size from 1000 sf. to 1,233 sf. of living area. This calculation does not include garage spaces or non-heated or cooled areas of the home. The community looks nice and so do the homes. The homes are smaller than many of the homes in Gotha or Ocoee but some people do not need wasted space. If you are one of those people this is a good community to look in.

These homes were built from 1996 to 1997. The last time I drove through the community it looked like a nice community. The community to the North is larger but not necessarily better. I will gladly look at comparable properties for you. The market history for this neighborhood looks pretty good for the community. In the Last 5 years 19 homes have sold. There are approximately 70 homes in this community so that is a little under what I would expect. The homes have sold for prices ranging from $83,000 to $197,000. Really good prices when you consider the low HOA.

Azalea Ridge is very close to West Colonial Drive. If you are not from the area this is a great road. It places you very near most of the things we all have grown accustomed to living nearby.
