Ashlin Park is a community of homes located in Windermere Florida.

Ashlin Park is a relatively new community started in 2014 by Ashton Woods. It consists of single family homes and contemporary townhomes both of which are built to the highest standards.

On the Southern side of the community you will find the townhomes. On the Northern side of Ashlin Park you will find the single-family homes. Many of the single-family homes overlook Lake Story or one of the large ponds.

We have all heard that saying many times. This community is in a location you will soon fall in love with. Ashlin Park is in Windermere Florida. As if that was not great enough it is in the heart of Windermere. Located on the West side of Winter Garden Vineland Road directly across from beautiful Lake Burden. From the entrance of the community it is only .5 miles to Lakeside Village. There you will find Publix Grocery Store, a Seven-Eleven Convenience store and Gas station as well as many other shops to make your life easier. You can drive to Disney’s Magic Kingdom in 15 minutes or to Universal’s Orlando Resort in a mere 20 minutes.

You will most likely enter Ashlin Park from Winter Garden Vineland Road on the communities’ Eastern side. As you drive westward on Ashlin Park Blvd you will be greeted by the amenities center and the beautiful community pool. Just to the side you will see that there is plenty of parking space available for those times you choose to drive and not walk to the pool. As you continue to drive past the amenities center you will come to the community children’s park located directly across Ashlin Park Blvd from the community pond. A wonderful relaxing place to spend time with neighbors, friends or family.
