Arrowhead Lakes is a small community located in Southwestern Winter Garden Florida. The community has 3 entrances and not one of the entrances are marked with community signs. Although the community is not gated it is a private community not easily noticed by passers-by. The two Southern entrances are on the North side of US 192. The Western entrance is on Avalon Road.

Arrowhead Lakes is a community of approximately 80 homes and undeveloped home sites.

Almost every home has a lake or wetland behind it. Most of the homes have been built since the mid 1980’s and they vary in style and in size. There are four lakes in the community and they are Lake Chapin, Osage Lake, Little Osage Lake and Rexford Lake. There is a lot of potential in this area and community.

Arrowhead Lakes is hidden away in a very popular area.

There has been a great deal of modernization in this part of Winter Garden in the past few years and that trend will likely continue. Only 1 mile to the East and you start seeing what has made the area popular. Disney and great highways for commuting. To the West you will see Highway 27 is less than 2 miles away. There is Publix Supermarket between Arrowhead Lakes and highway 27 on the North Side of US 192. To your East less than one mile away is the Orange Lake Country Club Golf Course. Just 1/3 of a mile further East is the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). This road gets you everywhere in the Orlando area relatively fast and easy. Immediately East of the 429 is everything that is Disney. The beauty of it all is you can live in Arrowhead Lakes and be completely separate from it except when you chose to visit.
