Amberleigh is located on the Roper Road and Beulah Road intersection just South of West Orange High School. For those not from the area the community is one-mile Southwest of where the Ronald Reagan Turnpike intersects with the 429 which is called The Daniel Webster Western Beltway.
It has 2 entrances one is on Roper Road and the other is on Beulah Road. Both entrances are wide 2 lane entrances. The communities entrance signs are easy to miss if you have not been there before. The gates are set back from the roads and attractive black gates. Most of the community’s homes were built between 2001 and 2003. The homes range in size from 1,713 to 3,358 square feet not including the garage areas. There is no community park of pool. Due to the community’s smaller size one home sells approximately every 4 months.
It is just 1.6 miles to The Winter Garden Village. At the Winter Garden Village, you have every store you should normally need for shopping, restaurants, LA Fitness, Lowes Hardware and some boutiques. Just past the Village is access to and from the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). The Daniel Webster will get you downtown Orlando, Universals Orlando Resort or the Florida Mall all in the 20-minute range if you time it right. Disney’s Magic Kingdom is 20 minutes South. Ocoee’s Health Center Hospital is just 3 miles Northeast and it is across from a Super Walmart.
As you can see Amberleigh is in a good location. The cost is good for the Winter Garden area and any commute from it is accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. If you are in the market strongly consider a home for sale in Amberleigh.
