Alexander Ridge is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Alexander Ridge is located on the South side of Avalon Road at the Tilden Road Intersection. This intersection is ¾ of a mile West of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road.

Alexander Ridge is a community of approximately 200 homes.

It is a non-gated community in an area that has been experiencing a lot of growth in the past few years. The first homes in Alexander Ridge were built in 2014 and range in size from 1,736 to 4,259 square feet of living space (does not include garages).

The community currently has 3 entrances. The main entrance is on Avalon Road. It is a wide entrance, very easy to use and the lanes are separated by a meridian. When you enter the community from this entrance you notice that the streets are mostly laid out in the traditional pattern of North, South, East and West with few turns. You can usually view all of the way through the community. In the center of Alexander Ridge there is a fountain, the community pool, children’s play area, pool house and its associated parking lot. There are sidewalks throughout the community if you choose to walk to the pool.

Alexander Ridge is just a mile from Stoneybrook West Village.

Stoneybrook West Village is a shopping center with a lot of local conveniences. A Publix Supermarket, Drycleaner, Ladybird Children’s Academy, Ladies Salon, a local Veterinarian and several restaurants. The closest gas station is 2.5 miles West on Winter Garden Vineland Road.

For commuting Alexander Ridge is in a good location. North or South you are just a couple of miles from access to the 429 which will get you many places quicker than the back roads. This is a nice place to live in a growing area. There are normally homes for sale In Alexander Ridge.
